MX 492 Prints Words and Images Blurry

I installed new black and color ink cartridges a month ago, and ever since then my printer prints everything blurry, It does not matter if I print from the Chromebook or iPhone. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Hi,

For this type of issue, I would recommend cleaning the encoder film inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps needed.
