Color prints fine. But B&W won't print anything but a blank page. Have tried two new cartridges, multiple cleanings and deep cleanings, one manual cleaning of contacts, and a complete power off and unplug. Still nothing but a blank page. Help?
What type of black in are you using? Could you attach a picture of the cartridge in your reply or let us know what information is on the ink cartridge( ink number, where it was made, etc).
