After download the driver from the Canon.com for my Windows 7 and hit the complete button with the USB cable plug in the the laptop and printer is on I could not get the printer to respond to my laptop instructions (Print test page, do cleaning, turn printer off, do page alignment etc..). I had tried with different USB cables and still no communication with my laptop. Anybody knows the solution to this problem? Please help.
