Good morning, I'm running Windows 7 and recently had my WIFI router changed by my service provider. I was able to reconnect the printer to my computer wirelessly, but it is only partially working. It will accept commands from my computer to scan a document, and sends the scanned image back to my computer with no problem. But when attempting to print I get the prompt "printer not responding". My "troubleshooter" option in the "devices and printers" window doesn't identify any problem. Any suggestions? Thank you-
