Nozzles are clean. Nozzle check pattern is good. I cleaned the Timing strip. After performing either automatic or manual head alignment, the head alignment values come out the same. All values are within the given parameter value ranges (e.g., -5 to +5) except for three. "C" and "D" are at +5 and "F" is at -5 and none of the three are close to the correct patterns (i.e., they apparently need adjustment beyond the parameter value renges given.) When I print anything (especially with horizontal lines) the print is horizontally offset in several places on the page. Is there any way to correct this, for example, maybe by physically changing the position or orientation of somehting in the printer?

Hi jpettus5,
Because performing an alignment and cleaning the encoder did not resolve this issue, it would appear that your PIXMA MG7520 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monady throuigh Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
