Hello,
Our Pixma G4210 printer is printing pages that are washed out looking, and at times, the colors don't match the original page. We're not printing high quality photos or anything highly complex, just things like recipes from websites and documents that may have an element of color to them.
We're printing from a MacBook Pro running Catalina.
I've tried head alignment tests, deep cleaning and the nozzle check pattern. The ink tanks are well above half full, probably closer to three quarters.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
