I have enabled Auto Shutoff to 30 minutes in ECO settings, but the printer does not shut off. Wondering what I am doing incorrectly?

Hello.
The Auto Power timer will reset if a print job is sent to the printer or if the unit receives an incoming signal or some sort of communication with a different device. If the printer is used on a network, security or port monitoring utilities can ping devices on a network. This incoming signal may interrupt the timer.
If the issue persists you may have to manually power the printer off when the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.
