I have an MG6650 and until a few days back it worked perfectly. Then it would not stay on. I had followed the reset a number of times but it made no difference. Having read the advice from
" MX490 power cycling fix from user on forum SPREAD THE WORD!"
I disconnected my router and the printer worked just as before on local wifi. I reset the DNS address to end on a higher number and I can print as before however printer now is disconnected from the internet.
Having read all the recent posts of similar problems what does it take for a permanent solution to come from the manfacturer?
