Hi Jwpottberg,
We can reset the printer back to its default settings to try and get the copy settings to revert to single-sided printing as a default. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
2. Select Setup on the HOME screen.
3. Select Device settings, then touch the OK button. The Device settings screen is displayed.
4. Use the button to select the Reset setting, then touch the OK button.
5. Use the button to select the Settings Only setting, then touch the OK button.
