My MG5765 is about 4 years old and has just recently decided not to photocopy any documents. Normal print and scan functions are OK and there are no error messages being shown. Have tried Reset but no improvement. I'm about to throw it away - are there any solutions?

Greetings,
One question I have is what OS are you using and have the printer installed under?
Or are you not able to scan using the printers control panel either?
If not, what happens when you press the scan button? Doesn an error message display?

Hi Rick,
Thanls for responding. I'm running Windows 10. All scan functions are normal with no error message, as are all print functions. Only copy is at fault
Cheers, Alf.
