Hi, so a few days ago I had to use the scanner on the printer for the first time, I am connected to via wireless network and had to go into the printer options and select the PC so it would save the scanned images on to my PC.
Now when I try and print a text document from my PC I get all the print previews and the printer fires up but I just get a blank page every time, however, I have discovered that if I take a screenshot of the document and save as a .jpg I can print out the image.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers turning the printer off for a few minutes but to no avail it simply refuse to print.
My OS is windows 10.
hope someone knows how I can solve this problem as I mainly use the MG5750 as a printer.
