Canon MX 432 printer won't scan.

I installed windows 10 on my computer and now my printer won't scan.  I get the message,  Please wait a while, but nothing happens.

So we can best assist you, we would need some more information to help narrow down this issue.

1. Are you scanning directly from the printer or from the computer using MP Navigator?
2. After updating to Windows 10, did you reinstall the printer/scanner driver?
3. Is the printer connected wirelessly or with a usb cord?

I have the same problem! I have reinstalled the driver and atempted to download nwe firmware, although it would not install. I have connected wirelessly and with the usb cable. It prints fine it just won't scan.
