MG3620 Printing Double Vision

First line is bad double vision, second line slightly better, third looks right, then bad double vision again for the next line.

I've realigned the heads, cleaned, nozzle cleaned. I'm at a loss.

Any ideas?

I had that happen as well, I took a Q-Tip with rubbing alcohol and gently wiped my clear stripe by the ink cartridge's, that worked for me, I hope it helps you.

I've cleaned it 4x. Any color text prints fine. Black text is double vision.

Contact customer support, they are awesome and will try other things to fix it, if they can't fix it and you are under warranty they will send a new printer to you. I would try using the alcohol and q-tip under the black holding box, that might help.

Out of warranty. I'd need to get the encoder strip replaced. Cheaper to buy new printer.
