In 2010 I bought bulk ink bottles to refill my Canon Pixma cartridges from a place called Printer Filling Station. The printer failed long ago but I still have the bottles, some of which have never been opened. How do I dispose of this ink which is probably dye based and water soluble.

Check with your local hazmat people, likely the health department. Often the process is to pour into bags of cat litter.

You could check the MSDS for Canon ink:
I would imagine it would be similar to a third party ink.
