MG3200 copier skips printing every other line horizontally

Our MG3200 copier ( & mg2100 )  skips printing every other line horizontally. 

 

Example :

line of type or photo very clear

line of white space

back to line of type or photo very clear

line of white space

 

This repeats to the end of printing !

 

Could you suggest a fix please, as that both printers from multiple materials are doing this ?

 

(Note: all is said to be trouble free according to troubleshooter and cartridges are installed properly + all has been cleaned 3 times using the incorporated canon tool )

Hi Danny,

 

Were on Windows 7 printing from several programs including, but not limited to :

 

notepad

Publishers 98 upgrade

word

paint

canon trouble-shooter, tester, cleaner etc.

& Archicad 16

All are now & suddenly skipping every other line.

 

Per the troubleshooter guide, we enabled line by line printing also, which Did Not improve the output, either.

Hi GeorgiaAdobe,

 

Performing a print head alignment should resolve the alignment issue the printers are experiencing.  To align the print head, please follow the steps located at the link below:

I'm sorry to report that the nozzles are still stopped up.and the cleaning process suggested earlier did not work on either machine.
