MG 7520 won't accept my gray ink. It says that the error is 1411

My Canon 7520 multi printer says the error 1411 is because my gray ink isn't being accepted.  How so I get rid of this error?

Hi Aley_68,

To try and resolve the error, please remove and reseat all of the ink tanks and print head in the unit by following the steps located here.  Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.  If the error continues, there may be an issue with the ink tank being used; we ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) for further assistance.  A Canon technical support representative will be happy to help.  There is no charge for this call.
