My Canon 7520 multi printer says the error 1411 is because my gray ink isn't being accepted.  How so I get rid of this error?

Are there any hints anyone can share to help a person use Creative Park easily?

I was on the phone with a Canon tech for a couple of hours and still don't have this Pixma MG 7120  scanner working. I notice others have had the same problem.  If you have the problem solved, please tell me what you did.  Which driver did you instal...
