Keep getting a notification that the MG 6320 printer is off line..it is set up as wireless, but have to connect to usb to get it going again..is there a fix for this? or just hook up to usb to solve the issue??

In order for us to accurately troubleshoot this we will need to know the version of Windows or Mac you are using. We can provide some steps once we have this.

Hello.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers should resolve this issue. Please perform the following:
1. Click Start and open the Control Panel.
2. Open Programs and Features.
3. Uninstall the MG6320/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.
4. Close all windows that are open.
Once this has been done, we will reinstall.
