MG 5250 print head fault

Same problem as most on this forum, without warning Uo52 'the type of print head is incorrect' nothing changed from last successful print. Is this built in to make you buy another as there seems to be no remedy to clear the fault. Have tried reset, clean head, etc. but to no avail. Hoping some one or even Cannon can offer some help.

Hi ianwelsh,

Thanks for the response Patrick but when I enter my model number MG5250 the contact support link does not accept it and it is not displayed n the drop down list.

Hello ianwelsh,

We apologize for the confusion.

This community is hosted and moderated here in the United States. It looks like your printer model is a model that's not supported here in the USA. You'll want to reach out to Canon in your home country, or the country where your printer was purchased. You can find contact information HERE. You'll just click on your country/region once you're on that page, and take it from there.

We hope this helps point you in the right direction!
