MG 3620 error lights blink 26 times and then repeat

Hi,

I haven't found any thing like on DuckDuckGo or this forum.  Power and error lights alternate 26 times the WIFI indicator is on continuosly.  My computer sees the MG3620 but reports that it is offline.  Anybody have an idea what this means.  I haven't used the printer for at least a couple of years.

Hello.

This error indicates that there is an internal issue with the printer.  Please unplug the power from the printer and check for any obvious paper jams in the paper feed areas, or inside the printer where the cartridges are.  Leave the power unplugged for a half hour.  Then see if the error is cleared when it is powered back on again.
