Jets appear to be clogged. Regular and deep cleaning don't seem to impact it. Any other suggestion

I have an i9100 that I use not often for photo printing -- maybe three or four times a year.  Right now, photos look like crap.  When I do the nozzle check, column E is completely blank -- nothing printed there at all.  The other columns look OK.  Any suggestions?
