The unit will scan to windows 10, but it keeps saying printer is not responding. We can't use unit with wireless, must be usb. We have tried everything, anyone else been able to resolve this issue? It's a new printer.

Hi,
When you added the printer to your Windows 10 computer, did you install the driver from the Canon website, or go into printers and scanners and select Add Printer?
