Copy,Scan,Fax lights all on and cannot do anything. I can print from computer and receive faxs. Any suggestions other then buying a new one.

It appears that one of the buttons on the control panel may be sticking and causing the error. I recommend powering off the machine and unplugging it from the wall. Once the unit is unplugged, press all of the buttons on the control panel, starting left to right, one at a time. Next, plug the machine back in and power it on.
