What is causing this line to print and how do I clean the printer to stop it from appearing? The line starts on the far left at the same place the image printing begins and continues down the page as far as the image goes, then stops. If I run a blank sheet through no line appears so I conclude it has something to do with the printhead or ink cartridges. I have cleaned the nozzles and the printhead is new. The line appears using different software so I know it's not the program causing the problem.
