I repaired my timing strip,now the printer warns of paper jam..there is no paper in it

my mg 2520 had a loose spring on the timing strip,so i fixed it,now the printer says there is a jam...I just had it opened up,there is no paper in it...

If you have already verified that there are no jams in the printer and are still receiving a paper jam error, the printer may require servicing; we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative here for further assistance.  A representative will be happy to assist you free of charge.
