My ts9120 prints only in black, no color, even I replace the printhead. I called support and they give some advice, nothing. The only thing that I want is service but they refuse. I want to sent my printer for repair. I think I have right to get service from Canon. Thank you
It was recommended that you replace the ink tanks that you were using with genuine Canon ink tanks. Were you able to do that? If you did and you are still unable to print in color, your PIXMA TS9120 would require service.
