I've seen on one of the boards, where someone else was having trouble scanning on their printer,  TR7020a.

I'm no computer whizz for sure, and I need specific instructions or to view a video showing me how to scan a document to my computer to email to someone else. I have some paperwork I need to scan and send. Any recommendations on a video that could show me this step by step process??
