I have the E24 code that keeps popping up. I canceled my PIXMA print plan and I am using starter ink, but it still isn't working. Anyone have any answers?

Hi,
If you are not using ink that came with the print plan and the error wont clear, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. The real time feedback of a live technical support call/chat would be very beneficial in this case.
