I keep getting a pop-up about not unplugging before turning printer off

I just got a PIXMA MG 3620. I made the mistake of unplugging it before I turned it off. Now I get an error message that keeps popping up: CNBJNP – 60128B012E4F that says essentially Do Not Unplug Before Turning Printer Off
How can I get rid of this?

Hi Milt,

You can clear the error by pressing the red Stop button.  Thereafter, using the power button to turn the printer off should prevent it from happening again.
