I just bought an MX922 last week and after a couple of days of working fine, not now

The printer worked fine for a couple of days but now will not load the paper and I keep getting a 6000 error code. I have turned it off, unplugged it, turned it back on and then get a paper jam. This is frustrating as the printer is unuseable. What can I do to get my issue resolved?
