No power output from the printer. Change to another power outlet, result no change. Power cable seem ok, replug the power cable to the printer, still result no change.
Notice the power supply is a modular unit, remove it and reinstall the cable , still no change.
Could this power supply unit be the problem? What is the next course of action.
