I have a Canon MX410. Today when trying to scan I get a PC not Connected message. Can someone help?

What does 'PC not Connected' mean when I try to scan? This is the 1st time I've tried since moving to Windows 10. I downloaded updated drivers but it is still happening.

Are you connecting your PIXMA MX410 to your computer with a USB cable or are you using your PIXMA MX410 wirelessly?
