I have a Cannon MX892 printer for my business. It has stopped working completely with an error mess

This message appears when I turn on my printer:

"Printer error has occurred.

Unplug the power cord and

contact the service center."

I tried calling the service center and was on the phone for an hour.  I don't think the person I was speaking with knew what to do.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:

• Do you get an alphanumeric support code on the screen?
• Are you connecting wirelessly, or with USB?
