I had a paper jam. now printer is giving me error turn off and restart, but won't start.

I have model pixma MG 5200 printer. Cleared paper jam, but still getting an error message to turn off computer and restart, but it does not work.

If you are unable to clear the error message after removing the paper jam and resetting the printer (turning the power off to the printer and disconnecting the power cord for 10 minutes), then the printer may be damaged and require repair.  Please contact us so we can review your service options.
