Hi, i've have a Canon Pixma TS5051 since March, it worked staright out of the box both prining and scanning. Today I went to scan a document, and laptop states there is no scanner connected! I have tried deleting the printer and reconnecting it, down loading new drives, and swithing the laptop and printer off, but all to no avail. the printer continues to print, but I try and scan anything and a message comes up saying 'conect a scanner'.
Any help would be appreciated
