Hello
I am trying to set up my new (second hand) PIXMA MG2922 on my macbook with 10.15.7 Catalina. The canon website says they should be compatible, however the software I've downloaded from canon.com/ijsetup isn't working (it says "the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information"). I tried downloading drivers from the canon website (although I don't really know what that means/what I'm doing), and I'm wondering what I do from here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi maplegrass,
Are you using your PIXMA MG2922 wirelessly? Or with a USB cable?
If you are using your PIXMA MG2922 wirelessly, have you already connected your PIXMA MG2922 to your wireless network?

Hi Patrick,
Wireless. I was able to solve the problem eventually by using my flatmate's non-mac computer to download the software and get the printer hooked up to the network, and then I was able to connect to it from my mac!
