I am so sorry that I bought Canon PIXMA MG2420. Doesn't work!

Even though this model has been sold for a while, I only starting to try to use this a few weeks ago. But it does NOT work! MANY ERROR MESSAGES!

CONSTANTLY getting error message that printer can NOT print because the paper output try is closed; But the paper output tray is OPEN each time!

And when I was able to print a few pages somehow a few days ago, most of the page came out blank or with many blank patches on the page!

AND THE INK CARTRIDGES ARE FULL!

AND I DEFINITELY KNOW THE COLOR INK CARTRIDGE IS FULL.

WHEN I TRIED TO PRINT JUST WITH THE COLOR INK CARTRIDGE, IT STILL ENDED UP AS EITHER BLANK PAGES OR PAGES WITH MANY BLANK PATCHES ON EACH PAGE!

I AM SO SORRY I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

I HAVE VERY IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT I NEED TO PRINT! I DON;T HAVE TIME FOR THIS CRAP!

AND i AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH HEARING THAT CANON NO LONGER PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THIS MODEL! WELL, I JUST STARTED TRYING TO USE THIS PIECE OF JUNK A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT DOESN'T WORK!

AND I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO KEEP BUYING NEW PRINTERS EVERY FEW WEEKS!

I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO KEEP BUYING NEW PRINTERS EVERY FEW WEEKS BECAUSE THE PRINTERS I BOUGHT ARE JUNK AND THEY DON'T WORK!

I PAID QUITE A BIT OF MY MONEY FOR THIS PRINTER AND I NEED TO USE IT FOR IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS!

THESE ISSUES NEED TO BE RESOLVED WITH THIS PRINTER!

Describe EXACTLY how you installed the printer on your computer. Uninstall all the printer software and start from scratch. Follow the setup instructions PRECISELY. And get a grip.
