How to switch PIXMA Print Plan to a new printer

Pixma Ts7720 PPP

I recently cashed in on my warranty for this model due to the original printer shooting an unfixable motherboard error. Unfortunately, I had just set up my Pixma Print Plan. When I called about my warranty exchange, I asked customer support how to switch this over to my replacement and was told to call PPP directly. Can’t find a number or customer support email anywhere. Any ideas on how to get this switched over myself, or am I being duped by the support team & they are actually supposed to switch this for me? Desperate 🙏

The only number I am aware of is 1800 Ok Canon ask for assistance and make sure your new printer is registered.

Perhaps cancel and re- enroll.
