My printer stopped working yesterday and when I was trying to find out what the issue was, I caught my foot in the cord and part of the back came off. It had been working fine for 4 years. I went to Staples because I have an account there. They informed me that my OSX of 10.13.6 was no longer compatible and I would have to purchase the 'one' HP left in their inventory. As I was pulling up to the front doors, two people were running out of the store with carts and shoving boxes of- you guessed it-printers into the back of a vehicle. I came back here because I was happy with my Canon and wanted to find out if I can replace it and how to talk to someone who will help me set it up. I was able to do this when I got my PixmaMX920 series printer and it worked for 4 years. Is that support still available? Sorry, so long winded

If you are in the US it looks like Amazon has the MX922 in stock.

thank you JRHoffman75. Does that mean there is no support for this, or I cannot talk to someone at Canon in Customer Support. to find the right printer? I seldom use Amazon because they are never around when you need support.

I am not a Canon employee, so can’t speak to what support they offer for that model printer. You could give Canon a call at (800) 652-2666 and speak to them.
