How do I get my new MG3620 on line?

I've been trying to get my new MG3620 on line for almost five days. I'm really frustrated. I haven't been able to get the wireless connection up and running. Sometimes my little blue Wi-Fi light doesn't burn - sometimes it does. Does anyone have a simple straight forward easy solution? I need my printer NOW and I can't use it until I get a wireless connection! Help!!!!!
