How can I print A7 envelopes from my MG2520 printer?

I'm trying to address 5.25' x 7.25' envelopes from my MG2520 printer.  I'm using a MS template but having to use a custom size setting.  But my printer jams.  Can someone please help me with this.

Hello.

the MG2520 is only able to support DL or Com 10 sized envelopes.  We cannot guarantee functionality with the envelope size that you are attempting to use.
