I have a MG6320 and it all of a sudden said it did not recognize an ink cartridge

i replaced the big black cartridge that it said it isn't recognizing and the gray which was out and still the same 1660 support code, now that it doesn't recognize both new ink cartridges.  Please help need to print and mail tax return.

Hello.

 

Check to make sure that the correct ink tank has been installed.  The MG6320 can only use CLI-251 or PGI-250 series ink tanks.

 

If the error persists and the correct tank is being used, find more help at Contact Us.

I have the same model, MG 6320. I just replaced the the large ink cartridge. My printer status is still showing that the cartridge still needs replacing.another computer.jpg
