Horizontal Printer Lines

I have an MG2922; when I do the print check there's horizontal lines going through the test page. I did the clean and the deep clean but I'm still getting them. My black ink is low but I have plenty of color yet everything seems faded and has line through it. How do I fix it?

Performing a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps located here may resolve the issue being experienced.  If the issue continues, cleaning the encoder film by following the steps shown here may help.  If the issue is still not resolved, we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative for further assistance by entering your product name and selecting a support method here.
