I wish I could show a photo but I've got horizontal lines showing up in printed images. When I print the nozel check pattern the top line cyan is showing half dark half light. Please help!

FYI Canon says just to replace the printer.  It's hardware related.

I've removed and cleaned the nozel head already and that didn't work.

Hi, robin77!

So that the community can help you more easily, please let us know which Canon printer model you're using. And if you feel pictures would help, adding them to a post is easy. When composing your message, click the "Insert/Edit Image" icon at the top of the text box. It's near the center of the formatting options ribbon and it's a square with a pair of mountain peaks in it. Click on it and you'll get more instructions.

That's all there is to it. We look forward to seeing what you share!

Thank you! I was on the mobile version and that wasn't an option.

Model is MX922.

Have you tried a deep cleaning using the Canon printer driver?

I did the deep clean via the option on the printer.

FYI Canon says just to replace the printer.  It's hardware related.
