Printer TR4722. I signed up on May 8th for the basic print plan but never received my 3 month complimentary package with ink and my ink is all gone and I don’t see any orders in my account of them verifying ink is being sent out. What is the print plan for if I still have to run to the library to print ? And yes I registered my printer and signed up for the subscription already. Im also going to try calling customer service in the morning they’re closed now (Memorial day). I’m just trying to see if there’s anything ADDITIONAL I need to do on the website now or to expedite my request to get my ink sent out and my 3 month complimentary package to roll out before they open up tomorrow. Thanks
