Have just changed from a Pixma ip4300 to an MG5650 printer, connected wirelessly. Printer works well but cannot get quite a few programmes to find scanner. Serif Drawplus and Omnipage OCR reader simply say "No Twain scanner can be found" this despite fact that I can print from these programmes. Is this a driver problem??. I can get over problem by scanning in Windows Fax and Scan but this is 'longwinded' Can any one help me. Would be most obliged
