I was scanning three sheets of paper, two sided, and received an ADF error on the first sheet. I did what the machine suggested but the 1st page never came out. I see the image of the first side, but not the back side and can not find that paper. I cleared therror and scanned again (two sided) and it workde perfectly. I can not find the original first page. I called Canon support and they had me do the things I had already done but couldn't help me find my missing page. I am wondering if the original paper wrapped around a roller and not the scanning is working because it acts like a regular roller.
Can anyone help?
