HELP!! My brand new Ts6420a prints color pale and it’s driving me crazy!

a couple of weeks ago i got a new Ts6420a printer from best buy. my previous printer is 14 years old and printed more vibrantly than my new one. i can’t return this new printer anymore. why is it printing color pale when it’s new?

monochrome prints dark and crisp. 

 color prints pale.

It is not clear if it is a hardware issue or settings issue.  Because of this, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS6420a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
