Hi All,
I bought a G7020 in 2020 and it worked great for a while. However, I didn't use it for a long time, and it didn't print correct colors in spite of the ink levels all being OK.
I did probably 10 normal nozzle cleanings, another 10 deep cleanings, and the colors are still messed up.
I would probably replace cartridges if it had those, but it has those big ink tanks.
Not sure if it's just time to chuck this in the trash or if there are other options at this point.

Hi NoCoBD,
The next step would be to perform an ink flush. To do this, please turn your G7020 on and follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your printer one time.
2. Press the right arrow 4 times to select Maintenance and press OK.
3. Press the right arrow 7 times to select Ink Flush and press OK.
4. Press OK on All Colors.
5. Press OK again.
6. Use the left arrow to select Yes and press OK.
7. Use the left arrow again to select Yes and press OK.
Once complete, please repeatedly press the left arrow button to select Nozzle check and press OK.
