I love my printer which works perfectly except that all of a sudden when I try to use it as a copier
the page I can hear the gears working laborously, the copy comes out in a smaller size than the
document on the tray and it takes far too long for the copy to be completed. I hope you will help
troubleshoot. Many thanks.

Hi Janetleb,
When the copy prints smaller than the original, please make sure that the correct paper is selected on your MG3620.
Is the light next to 8.5" x 11" Plain Paper lit? If not, please press the button to the right of that to select that paper.
Once that is set, please follow the steps on this page to perform a copy with your PIXMA MG3620:
